About The Gentle Structure Co.

The Gentle Structure Co. was created for people who want more structure in their lives — without feeling like they have to do everything perfectly.

Life can feel busy, overwhelming and mentally noisy. Sometimes you just need somewhere to put everything down, work out what matters and create a little more space in your head.

That’s what our planners are designed to do.

Gentle structure for real life

Our planners combine practical organisation with gentle support for everyday wellbeing.

They’re designed for real life — the weeks where everything goes to plan, and the weeks where absolutely nothing does.

Pages can be missed. Plans can change. You can use what helps and leave what doesn’t.

The aim is never perfection. It’s simply to give you enough structure to feel a little more in control.

Designed for real minds

The layouts have been thoughtfully created to support everyone, including neurodivergent minds.

Clear sections, manageable prompts and flexible formats help reduce overwhelm while still giving you somewhere practical to organise your time, priorities and responsibilities.

Across The Gentle Structure Series, The Reset Series and The Growing Minds Series, the approach may look different — but the idea is always the same:

Structure that supports you, rather than becoming another thing to keep up with.

Handmade with care

Each planner is designed and handmade in the UK, with care given to the layouts, materials and finishing touches.

From the way a page is structured to how the finished planner feels in your hands, every detail is considered with real everyday use in mind.

Whether you’re organising a busy household, trying to bring more clarity to your own days, or helping a child build confidence and independence, we hope you find a planner that feels like it actually works with you.

Hi, I’m Gabie

I created The Gentle Structure Co. because I wanted planners that felt supportive rather than demanding.

I know how easy it is for life to feel busy, noisy and overwhelming, and how quickly a planner can become another thing you feel you’ve “failed” to keep up with.

So I started designing something different — planners with enough structure to help, but enough flexibility to work around real life.

Every planner is designed with care, made by hand, and created with one simple idea in mind:

Use what helps. Leave what doesn’t.

Gentle structure. No pressure.
